• Use your labor in conjunction with Sweat Equity team members to lower your construction costs.
• Complete design work and necessary permit paperwork yourself.
• Purchase material yourself and save on the contractor’s percentage fees.
• Meet with, hire, schedule and manage your own sub-contractors and save on the sub management fee. **
• Complete certain small phases of a large job to lower construction costs (Example: demolition, debris removal, insulating, painting, etc, etc)

You can save that hard earned money from the job or reinvest your savings into higher quality finish materials.

(Example: Formica countertops can be upgraded to Granite or white appliances upgraded to stainless!)
